Refund & Cancellation Policy – Training Events**

At Waterbirth Coalition of Canada (WCC), we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible education while maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our training programs.

In the event that WCC must cancel or reschedule an in-person training, registered participants will be provided with the following options:

• Transfer to another in-person training (in any available city, subject to capacity), or
   
• Access to an equivalent or enhanced online training program, which may include course materials, workbook, and certificate of completion.
   

WCC maintains a no-refund policy for all training registrations where an alternate training option is provided.

• If a participant is offered either:
   
  • a comparable in-person training, or
     
  • an equivalent or upgraded online training,
     

no monetary refunds will be issued.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled in-person training for any reason (including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, on-call duties, or personal circumstances), the same options will apply:

• Transfer to another in-person training, or
   
• Access to an equivalent online training program.
   

By registering for any WCC training event, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
